Overlap:
Our mural panels are designed with a 1-inch overlap in addition to the 24-inch width. We strongly advise against removing this overlap for any peel and stick mural installation. When determining the mural size you will need, please do not include the overlap in your calculations, as it will be concealed by the next panel.
We use only Genuine Water-Based NON-Solvent Inks, Class “A” Flame Resistant and GREENGUARD GOLD Certified Materials.
- Peel and Stick Smooth Vinyl: Smooth and matte finish. Removable and repositionable for smooth surfaces. For long or short-term installations. Overlap removal is not recommended.

- Peel and Stick Polyester Fabric: Matte finish. Light texture. Removable and repositionable for smooth surfaces. For long or short-term installations. PVC-free. It is not recommended to use the fabric if your wall is painted with any bright or dark paint, i.e.- green/red/yellow/dark gray/blue etc. The fabric paper is not 100% opaque. Overlap removal is not recommended.
- Traditional Pre-Pasted Wallpaper: Matte and Ultra Smooth. Water activated glue. For long -term installations. Can be installed with wallpaper paste. PVC-free.

Artistic Design Disclaimer
Many of our designs intentionally include artistic elements such as painterly brush strokes, watercolor effects, distressed textures, soft edges, fading, grain, vintage effects, uneven color transitions, plaster effects, concrete effects, linen texture, fabric texture, and other visual details.
These characteristics are part of the artwork and are not considered printing defects.
Texture-style designs, including concrete, plaster, linen, fabric, distressed wall, vintage, and aged effects, are intentionally incorporated into the printed artwork and may appear weathered, textured, worn, faded, or uneven.
Color and Screen Disclaimer
Product photos are for reference only. Colors may appear different depending on your monitor, phone, tablet, screen brightness, lighting, wall surface, room environment, material type, and production batch.
Due to variations in digital screens and printing materials, we cannot guarantee an exact color match between the product image shown online and the final printed product.
We print with water-based inks. Metallic effects, including gold, silver, bronze, or foil-style designs, are printed as color gradients and do not contain real metallic foil, glitter, shine, or reflective material. For example, printed gold may appear as a yellow, brown, beige, or orange gradient rather than real gold foil.
We strongly recommend ordering a sample before placing a full-size order to review the material, color tone, texture, print quality, and overall appearance in your space.
Measurements and Sheet Size
Product photos are for visual reference only and may not reflect the exact sheet size, panel size, scale, or final layout.
Before placing an order, please carefully measure your wall or project area and order the correct size or number of sheets. We recommend rounding up when measuring.
CostaCover is not responsible for incorrect measurements, incorrect quantity ordered, customer measurement errors, or project changes after the order is placed.
Peel and Stick Wallpaper Surface Requirements
Our removable peel and stick wallpaper is designed for clean, smooth, dry, properly primed, and dust-free surfaces.
Peel and stick wallpaper is not recommended for textured walls, bumpy walls, rough walls, freshly painted walls, damp or cold surfaces, unsealed plaster, chalky surfaces, limewash, loose paint, peeling paint, dust, mold, moisture, grease, residue, or other unstable surfaces.
Peel and stick wallpaper may not adhere properly to walls painted with stain-resistant, washable, scrubbable, zero-VOC, low-VOC, or other specialty paints, depending on the paint formula and surface condition.
All sanded, drywall, orange peel, knockdown, or other textured surfaces should be properly smoothed and prepared before installation. Old wallcovering, loose paint, and unstable coatings should be removed before application.
Refunds will not be issued for wall incompatibility, poor adhesion caused by unsuitable surfaces, improper wall preparation, or installation issues.
Freshly Painted Walls
If your walls have been recently painted, please allow at least 4 weeks of drying and curing time before installing peel and stick wallpaper.
Some paints may require 5 weeks or longer to fully cure, depending on the paint type, primer, humidity, ventilation, temperature, and wall condition.
Applying removable wallpaper to fresh or uncured paint may damage the adhesive backing, reduce adhesion, cause peeling, or damage the painted surface during removal.
Peel and Stick Removability
Peel and stick vinyl and peel and stick fabric materials are designed to be removable, but removability is not guaranteed.
Removal results depend on the wall surface, paint type, primer, wall preparation, installation method, temperature, humidity, length of time installed, and overall wall condition.
The longer wallpaper remains installed, the more difficult removal may become. Some painted, paper-based, composite, poorly primed, or delicate surfaces may be damaged during removal.
CostaCover is not responsible for paint damage, wall damage, adhesive residue, surface lifting, or other damage caused during removal.
If adhesive residue remains after removal, clean the area gently according to the wall surface and paint manufacturer’s recommendations. Always test cleaning methods in a small hidden area first.
Peel and Stick Fabric Opacity
Peel and stick fabric wallpaper is not 100% opaque.
We do not recommend using fabric wallpaper over bright, dark, highly saturated, or uneven wall colors, including green, red, yellow, dark gray, blue, black, or similar colors, because the wall color may show through the material and affect the final appearance.
For best results, apply fabric wallpaper to a smooth, clean, dry, light-colored wall surface.
Commercial Grade Type II Vinyl Wallpaper
Commercial Grade Type II 20 oz vinyl wallpaper with canvas texture is a durable wallcovering material intended for long-term use and professional installation.
This material requires wallcovering adhesive or paste, which is not included unless expressly stated.
Professional installation is strongly recommended for Commercial Grade Type II vinyl wallpaper.
Depending on the wall condition, surface texture, adhesive, and installer’s method, seam treatment, overlap, trimming, and double-cutting may be required.
Type II vinyl may be suitable for certain commercial or prepared wall surfaces, but compatibility with your specific wall must be evaluated before installation.
CostaCover is not responsible for installation errors, wall preparation issues, adhesive selection, seam visibility, trimming mistakes, surface incompatibility, or installer-related problems.
Samples Are Strongly Recommended
We strongly recommend ordering a sample before placing a full-size order.
A sample allows you to test how the material looks in your room, how the color appears under your lighting, how the texture feels, and how the material interacts with your wall surface.
Because every wall, paint, primer, surface condition, lighting environment, and room is different, it is the customer’s responsibility to determine whether the selected material is suitable for the intended project.
Even if your wall appears to meet the recommended criteria, other variables may affect adhesion or appearance, including moisture, heat, dryness, dust, paint type, primer, wallcovering residue, texture, or other site-specific conditions.
We cannot guarantee that any removable wallpaper material will be 100% compatible with every wall or surface.
Installation Disclaimer
CostaCover is not responsible for wallpaper damage, installation mistakes, trimming errors, panel misalignment, gaps, overlaps, bubbles, wrinkles, adhesion issues, damage caused during installation, or any issues caused by uneven walls, uneven ceilings, improper wall preparation, unsuitable surfaces, or third-party installers.
Please inspect all panels before installation. If you believe your order is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us before installing the product.
Installation of the product may be considered acceptance of the product, especially for visible issues that could have been identified before installation.
Damaged Shipments
Please contact us immediately if you receive a damaged shipment.
To help us review the issue, please provide your order number, photos of the damaged product, photos of the shipping box, photos of the packaging, and any visible carrier damage.
Please keep all packaging materials until the claim is resolved.
Order Modifications and Cancellations
We accept modification or cancellation requests within 24 hours after the order is placed.
Because our products are custom printed and made to order, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made after production has started.
Once production has started, the order cannot be canceled, changed, returned, refunded, or exchanged, except for approved manufacturing defects, production errors, incorrect items, or shipping damage, as described in our Refund Policy.
Customer-Provided Images and Custom Artwork
If you submit your own image, photo, logo, artwork, or file for printing, the final print quality depends on the quality, resolution, size, sharpness, color profile, and overall condition of the file you provide.
CostaCover is not responsible for poor print quality, pixelation, blur, color issues, distortion, low resolution, compression artifacts, or other issues caused by customer-provided files.
Please check the quality, size, colors, and resolution of your image before sending it to us. We strongly recommend ordering a sample before placing the main order.
By submitting any image, logo, artwork, file, or design, you confirm that you have the right to use and submit that material for printing.
Final Acknowledgment
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and understood this disclaimer, the product description, material information, installation requirements, and our applicable policies.

CostaCover products are made to order. We print, prepare, and pack our products in Florida.
Please review the information below before placing your order. Shipping times may vary depending on production, order details, carrier performance, delivery location, weather, holidays, customs clearance, and other circumstances outside our control.
US Orders
We ship to all 50 U.S. states.
Most U.S. orders are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS, depending on the order size, destination, and shipping method available for the package.
All standard U.S. orders qualify for free standard shipping unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Our standard production and processing time is approximately 5 business days after the order is placed, unless a different production time is stated on the product page, at checkout, or in writing.
Estimated transit time for standard U.S. shipping is typically 2–7 business days after the order has shipped, depending on the delivery location and carrier service.
Production time and transit time are separate. The total estimated delivery time includes both production/processing time and carrier transit time.
PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO, and U.S. Territories
Due to package size restrictions, we may be unable to ship certain orders to PO Boxes.
Some orders may require a physical street address for delivery.
Customers requesting shipping to APO/FPO/DPO addresses, U.S. territories, or other special delivery locations should contact us before placing an order so we can confirm available shipping options and provide a shipping quote if needed.
Canada Orders
We ship to Canada.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, lost packages, returned packages, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at info@costacover.com. We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed, packed, or shipped.
Once a package has shipped, we may be unable to update the delivery address.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been shipped, carrier transit times are outside our direct control.
If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact us promptly at info@costacover.com with your order number and delivery details. We will assist with reviewing tracking information and, where applicable, filing a carrier claim or determining an appropriate resolution in accordance with our policies and applicable law.
If tracking shows that a package was delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, the carrier’s delivery confirmation may be considered proof of delivery.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address if the incorrect address was provided by the customer.
Please keep all packaging, labels, damaged items, and photos if you need to report shipping damage. This information may be required for a carrier claim.
Signature Confirmation
Signature confirmation may be required for orders over $450 or for orders that we determine require additional delivery protection.
If you would like to request removal of signature confirmation, please contact us before the order ships. We may approve or decline the request at our discretion.
If signature confirmation is removed at the customer’s request, the customer accepts the risk of delivery issues after the carrier marks the package as delivered.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping may be available for certain orders and destinations.
Please contact us before placing your order or as soon as possible after ordering if you need expedited delivery.
Expedited shipping affects carrier transit time only. It does not automatically reduce production time unless we expressly confirm a rush production option in writing.
Additional charges may apply for expedited shipping or rush production.
Production Time
All CostaCover products are made to order. We print and pack our products in Florida.
Our standard production and processing time is approximately 5 business days after the order is placed, unless otherwise stated on the product page, at checkout, or in writing.
Production time may be extended for custom orders, large orders, commercial projects, proof approvals, artwork adjustments, material availability, holidays, equipment maintenance, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If we are unable to ship your order within the stated timeframe, we will contact you with an updated estimated shipping date or other available options as required by applicable law.
Custom Orders and Proof Approval
For custom orders that require a proof, preview, layout, crop, or design confirmation, we will generally send the proof within 2 business days after the order is placed, unless additional information is needed from the customer.
It is the customer’s responsibility to review and approve the proof carefully.
Production for custom orders may not begin until the proof is approved.
If we do not receive proof approval or required information within 7 business days, the order may be delayed, placed on hold, or canceled.
Once a proof is approved and production has started, the order cannot be canceled, changed, returned, refunded, or exchanged, except as required by applicable law or as expressly stated in our Return Policy.
Order Modifications and Cancellations
