We’ll send you a watermarked version for review, while we keep the original file protected.

4. Confirmation and Payment
Once we receive your image/design request, our team will contact you to confirm details, collect payment, and move to production prep.

5. Professional File Review and Enhancement
After payment, our designers review your file’s resolution and quality, then make permissible improvements to ensure the best print result.

6. Approval of Final Layout
We send you several detailed close-ups and a full layout based on your wall measurements for final approval.

7. Large Sample Print (25" × 24")
After your approval, we print and ship a 25" × 24" sample on your selected material.

8. Production and Shipping
Once you confirm the sample, we send your order to production and ship the finished wallpaper to your address via a carrier service
