How It Works

1. Share Your Design: Send us your idea, photo, or design reference. If you need help defining the concept, our team will guide you.

2. Design Search or Development: We search our library or begin creating a custom design. This step usually takes 1 - 5 business days, depending on complexity

3. Customize Your Order: You choose the material and exact wall size. We can produce your design in any custom size using any material available in our production

4. Preview & Approve: You receive 1 - 3 preview mockups to review the design. Each order includes 1 - 2 rounds of modifications to ensure the design meets your expectations.

5. Print & Deliver: Before placing the full wallpaper order, you may request printed samples to confirm colors and material. Once approved, place your wallpaper order -we’ll print and ship your custom wallpaper directly to you, ready for installation.

Custom Design Pricing & Terms

1. Design Selection & Light Adjustments (From Our Existing Library)

For clients who do not need a fully custom drawing, we offer a faster and more affordable option.

Service Description:  We help you choose a design from our existing library and make light modifications, such as: Color adjustments / Scale changes / Minor layout edits

Price: This service typically requires up to 1 hour and is billed at a flat rate of $100 (up to 1 hour of work).

What the Includes:

• Selection and customization of design
• Up to 1 round of revisions
• Print-ready file preparation
• One printed sample 16”x11”, if requested
• Communication and project coordination

This option is ideal if you already like one of our existing designs but need small adjustments to make it perfect for your space.

Additional Revisions: Revisions extending beyond the included single round, or substantial changes to the design, are billed at a rate of $100 per hour.

Turnaround Time: The design turnaround time is typically 1–3 business days, but may vary depending on project complexity and the designer’s current workload.

2. Full Custom Design (From Scratch)

Price: Hourly design rate is $100 per hour

Estimated Time Range: Most fully custom wallpaper designs require 2–8 hours, depending on complexity and the number of revisions.

Before starting, I will review your references and provide an estimated time range (e.g., 2-4 hours, 4–6 hours or 6–8 hours).

Deposit: A deposit is required based on the upper limit of the estimated time:

• For 2–4 hour projects → $400 deposit
• For 4–6 hour projects → $600 deposit
• For 6–8 hour projects → $800 deposit

What the Deposit Includes:

• Concept development
• 1–3 mockups
• Up to 2 rounds of revisions
• Print-ready file preparation
• Two printed samples 25”x24”, if requested
• Communication and project coordination

Fair Billing Policy: You only pay for the actual time spent

• If the project is completed faster → the unused time is refunded
• If additional time is required → billed at $100/hour with your approval only

Additional Revisions: Revisions beyond the two included rounds, or major design changes, are billed at $100/hour.

Turnaround Time: The design turnaround time is typically 3 – 5 business days, but may vary depending on project complexity and the designer’s current workload.

Please note that while we design and print the wallpaper for you, all rights to the custom design, its elements, and any related digital files remain with us.

We retain the right to use the created design in any way and for any purposes we choose. The design is exclusively for use on the wallpaper customer purchases and cannot be reproduced or used by the customer for any other purposes.

By purchasing, the customer agrees that the product is a physical item - wallpaper printed with a custom design - rather than ownership of the design itself.

No returns or refunds for this service

Once the preliminary sketch or idea/style - based on the client’s reference images - is approved, the design moves into development. At that point, changes to the approved idea or style are no longer possible.

Because this service requires dedicated design time and custom creative work, refunds are not possible once the work has been completed, even if the final design does not match the client’s personal taste.

We always do our best to meet your expectations, and we understand it can be disappointing if the final result isn't what you envisioned. However, the time and creative resources spent cannot be reversed, and therefore the payment is non-refundable.

If you would like us to create a new design in a different style, idea, or direction, we will be happy to assist. This would require a new custom design order and a separate invoice for the additional work.
